Thanks Helga, I am wondering if my wife and I are hitting this point at about the same time. We've lost some inches off the waste and elsewhere, but the weight is the same. Good read, I am book marking this link.
I can vouch for this - during weeks 3 and 4 I lost no weight whatsoever, but I lost an inch of the waist, hips and even a bit off my thighs too so don't always go by what the scales say. Stick at it and you will start to lose again in the coming weeks
