Day 51 - Weigh-in was very satisfying today, I am down 5 lbs. So after a three week stoppage of not losing anything, I finally get a break-through. I did change up my gym routine last week. Basically increasing the cardio intensity a bit and adding more weight lifting. I am a happy camper today. I also re-evaluated the diet to see if more carbs were sneaking in than should be. I am good-to-go on that aspect. Coming up on my first diabetic check up (Oct 3) since starting the diet. I am looking forward to seeing what results have happened there. Not bad for a Monday morning. All this and it was our wedding anniversary Friday and my birthday yesterday. No cheating, worked out both days.
