Hi, been on low carb diet for three years now, but I have stalled for the past year, so it's back to basics and I have started the induction phase this morning. I have a load of coconut flour pancakes that I had made previously and frozen. Is it ok to eat coconut flour on induction?
Coconut flour is typically very low carb so would be ok, a general rule of thumb is that if it's 3g or less carbs per serving then it's ok.
Thank you, I am also a vegetarian, so I struggle with recipes for breakfast in induction, get so fed up with scrambled/poached/fried eggs every day!
Check out the new meal planner, there are some non-egg alternatives for breakfast on Induction! Go to the home page and click on 'meal planner' at the middle bottom.
