If you fancy a change for breakfast, these pancakes are a treat!
Carbs per serving:
160g almond flour
50ml milk (use more or less until you achieve desired thickness of a runny batter)
Optional: spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, vanilla, blueberries or other flavours
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl using a hand blender until batter is a pourable consistency. Cook pancakes, one at a time, in a greased pan for approximately 2-3 minutes per side until bubble form and both sides are golden brown.
