These are easy to make and great for lunch, with a large salad, or as a snack!
1 ripe avocado
6 rashers bacon
Peel and take the stone from an avocado. Cut into 6 thick slices. Wrap with 1 rasher bacon per slice then place on a baking tray & grill for 5 minutes each side, or until bacon is crispy. Serve immediately
