Ingredients
  • 30g blueberries
  • 150ml unsweetened almond or soya milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/16 tsp Allspice Ground
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method

Combine the blueberries, unsweetened soya or almond milk, protein powder, ground flaxseed, vanilla and spices in a blender and whizz until smooth
