Feel free to add bacon, cheese, guacamole or any topping you like on your burger, as long as it's low carb!
In a bowl, mix 100g minced meat, 1 crushed garlic, 1/2 finely chopped jalapeno, salt & pepper and any spices you like, such as paprika. Mix well and form into burger patties, making a few small rather than one large burger makes it easier to eat bunless. Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, until cooked through. Alternatively you can fry on both sides until desired doneness is reached. Top with sliced tomato and serve in romaine 'buns'
