  • 150g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp almond meal
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 eggs, lightly beaten

Preheat oven to medium high heat.Slice chicken breasts into long strips, Mix together almond flour, paprika, garlic, cumin, cayenne, pepper, and salt. Crack an egg into a bowl and coat each piece of chicken in egg and then coat with almond spice mixture. Place on a greased baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden
