  • 1 lowcarb Atkins wrap 
  • 250 gram fresh spinach
  • 30 gram grated cheese
  • 30 gram feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Preheat the oven for 180 degrees.
  • Put some olive oil in a pan and bake the spinach shortely.
  • Cut the spinach in small pieces.
  • Put the spinach together with the grated cheese and the feta cheese in a bowl and mix it together.
  • Spread the mixture across the wrap.
  • But the wrap in the oven for 20 minutes.
