Ingredients

3 tbsp ground flaxseeds

40ml water (add more/less for desired consistency)

30ml single cream

1 tsp splenda

1 tsp cinnamon 

Method

Mix all ingredients and microwave for 1 minute, add the water in small amounts until desired consistency is reached
