  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the oil, lemon juice, garlic, mixed herbs, paprika, and salt and pepper.
  3. Cut slits into each chicken breast.
  4. Cover with clingfilm and leave to marinate for at least one hour.
  5. Remove the clingfilm and oven-bake or grill for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately, or leave to cool and then slice to enjoy in a refreshing salad.
