Cut slits in each chicken breast. This will allow the marinade to soak in. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and paprika for about 30 seconds. Place chicken in a large bowl, and pour marinade over. Using your hands, work marinade into chicken. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or even overnight by preparing the night before. Pan fry or cook the chicken breasts under the grill, until they are cooked through. Serve with a large side salad mixed with extra virgin olive oil, or roasted vegetables.
