Ingredients

50g cream cheese

4 tsp sweetener

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

1/2 tbs vanilla extract

80ml double cream

Method

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat together 50 grams soft cream cheese and 4 tsp sweetener until smooth. 
  2. Slowly add 2tbsp fresh lime juice, beating until creamy. 
  3. Beat in 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 80ml of cream until fluffy.
  4. Place in four bowls and refrigerate until serving.
