Rich, creamy and indulgent – whip up this low-carb mousse in just 5 minutes. It’s packed with zesty lime, low in sugar, and a guaranteed showstopper.

400g of ground turkey

1 ½ onions

2 tbsp of fresh root ginger

1 garlic clove

1 tbsp of soy sauce

3 tbsp of fresh lime juice

1 tsp of Splenda

2 tsp of ground coriander

2 tsp of crushed chilli flakes

250g of chinese cabbage

8 romaine lettuce leaves

Olive oil


Finely chop the onion and Chinese cabbage.

  1. In a large frying pan, heat a dash of olive oil and fry the onions until soft.
  2. Add the turkey mince and stir into the onions. Cook until seared.
  3. Add spices, grated ginger, and Chinese cabbage to the pan and stir.
  4. Cook until leaves are just beginning to wilt slightly.
  5. Spoon the turkey mixture into large lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
