Rich, creamy and indulgent – whip up this low-carb mousse in just 5 minutes. It’s packed with zesty lime, low in sugar, and a guaranteed showstopper.
Carbs per serving:
50g cream cheese
4 tsp sweetener
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tbs vanilla extract
80ml double cream
Using an electric mixer, beat together 50 grams soft cream cheese and 4 tsp sweetener until smooth.
Slowly add 2tbsp fresh lime juice, beating until creamy.
Beat in 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 80ml of cream until fluffy.
Place in four bowls and refrigerate until serving.
