Simple to make and mouthwateringly light, this light and tasty lime mousse is perfect for low-carb lovers with a sweet tooth.

  • 50g Cream Cheese
  • 4 tsp Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 80ml double Cream


Using an electric mixer, beat together 50g cream cheese and 4 tsp granular sweetener (such as sucralose or stevia) until smooth. Slowly add 2 tbsp lime juice, beating until creamy.

Beat in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 80ml double cream until fluffy.

Place in 2 bowls and refrigerate until serving.
