  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml sojamilk
  • 100 gram oatmeal
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Put the oatmeal in a blender and mix untill the oatmeal is transformed into flour.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl
  • Put the eggs, the salt, the cinnamon and the sojamilk with the flour in the blender.
  • Mix everything into a smooth batter.
  • Heat the oil in a baking pan.
  • Put the batter in a pan and bake the pancakes untill they have a nice brown colour. 
  • Enjoy your low carb breakfast!
