Ingredients
  • 6 tbsp ground flaxseed
    100g almond flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 tbsp butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp splenda
    100ml water
Method
Mix all dry ingredients together well. Mix all wet ingredients together. Mix together and then pour into greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 20 min
