Add oil to a wok and cook the turkey and onions in the wok for a few minutes. Add the ginger, garlic and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add the next 6 ingredients to the wok. Cook and stir fry for 1-2 mins then add the cabbage and stirfry a further 2 minutes. Roll up into lettuce leaves to enjoy.
