Ingredients

6 eggs

6 slices of bacon

2 tbsp of cream

50g of grated cheese

1 tbsp of butter

Salt and pepper

 

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Crack all 6 eggs into a large mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cream and whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in the grated cheese, mix well until fully combined, and set to one side.
  5. Roughly cut the bacon into small strips.
  6. In a small frying, fry the bacon until cooked through and crispy.
  7. Stir the crispy bacon into the mixing bowl with the eggs, cream and cheese.
  8. Grease a 12-muffin tray with butter.
  9. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tray until it is divided equally.
  10. Place the muffin tray into the oven and bake until golden brown.
  11. Serve hot immediately or save for speedy weekday breakfasts.
