50g parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 400F/200C. Grate 50g parmesan and pour 8 heaping tablespoons onto a parchment lined baking sheet and pat down. Space the rounds ½ inch apart and bake for 3-5 minutes until golden & crisp
